Orders over $100 will not be shipped to a non-billing address unless you are an established customer or make the payment via a verified PayPal account. Please confirm the address in PayPal is where you want the order shipped.
Heli-Heli.com offers free shipping* on most orders over $100 shipped within the Lower 48 States.
*Some items do not qualify. This is usually denoted in the product description. A surcharge may be added to the "discounted shipping" option.
Cutoff time for express shipments is 1pm MST (Arizona). If you're placing an express order, please call us to assure it makes the collection time.
Our International shipping rates are very reasonable. USPS is our primary mailing service. If your item(s) fits in a padded envelope, you will have the option of First-Class Mail. Delivery time is approx. 7-21 days. Otherwise, Priority Mail starts at $23.70 USD for a Small Flat Rate Box (8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8") Delivery time is approx. 6-10 days.
The customer is not billed for shipping at time of checkout. Shipping & handling is calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Once shipping costs have been determined, you will receive a separate invoice for that amount. The cheapest option will be used, unless otherwise requested.
Please note: The recipient is solely responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees levied by their country. These costs are not included with your order.
If you receive a package that has physical damage to the shipping container, open it while the delivery person waits to check the contents inside. If it was left at your door, contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Heli-Heli.com is not responsible for damage caused in transit. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know.
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Cash payment is available for "local pickup" (in Arizona) only
Our distributors have Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies. What does this mean? It means, we cannot advertise a lower price than what is stated. However, we can sell the item for less. To find the price of an item with a slash ($1.99) through the retail price, place it in the "Copter Cart."
Back Order Policy
We do our best to ensure inventory is accurate. However, there are times when an item showing "in stock" is not readily available. If a single-item purchase is not available, you will be given the option to cancel the order or wait until the item is back in stock. In the event of a multi-item purchase where one (or more) item is currently unavailable, the item(s) in stock will be shipped. You will be given the option to wait until the back order item becomes available or issued a refund for the item(s). The item(s) on back order will be shipped upon receipt at no extra charge.
Price Matching Policy
We strive to have the most competitive prices. Compare our grand total to that of our US competitors. If you find a better deal, send us the link. This applies to reg. priced items currently in stock. It doesn't include promotions.
RTF/Other R/C Devices
Ready to fly (RTF) devices usually require some setup for best performance. RTF does not mean they are maintenance free. End users should know how to troubleshoot issues and repair them. Thoroughly inspect the unit as soon as it is removed from the box. R/C devices can easily crash if a mistake is made during assembly, pretest, or flight. Any kind of crash or hard landing has potential to cause serious damage. If a product that was purchased from Heli-Heli.com crashed, we can not be held liable for the initial crash or subsequent damages. When choosing a location to fly, consider the pilots ability and weather conditions in which they intend to fly.
If an item purchased from Heli-Heli.com is: missing a part, DOA or has a warranty issue, please contact us ASAP. Many manufacturers/distributors require that claims be filed with them directly. We are not an authorized repair center. However, we can assist in troubleshooting the issue then send it on to the appropriate personnel. Some manufacturers may not offer any warranty on their products. Most problems out of the box are due to improper configuration.
Exchange / Refund
Please contact us to see if an RMA# is needed. An item that has been removed from its packaging, used or flown, will not be accepted for exchange/refund. If your purchase is non functioning out of the box, you must contact us immediately. All requests for exchange/refund must be made within 10 days of receipt. If we find the item is new, unused, and in resalable condition, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Heli-Heli.com is not responsible for loss of merchandise in transit.
Terms of Service Agreement
Heli-Heli.com/K&M Sales LLC will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to bodily injuries &/or property damage arising from the use of any product(s) purchased at Heli-Heli.com. Radio controlled (R/C) products and accessories can be extremely dangerous. Please read the operating instructions thoroughly prior to use. Proper installation, application, or maintenance of products sold is the responsibility of the end user. No liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use/misuse of products sold. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, malfunction, etc. will be denied. We have the right to amend this policy without notification. Heli-Heli.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Purchaser accepts our terms during the registration/checkout process.

Heli-Heli.com does not take being scammed lightly, whether it is a stolen credit card or dishonesty about a purchase. Appropriate action will be taken. Items are inspected prior to shipment. If we feel you are being dishonest, we reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
