DJI only allows us to process RMA's that are within 10 days of the date of purchase. We have to receive the item within this 10 day period in order to get authorization from DJI to send it in for warranty issues.
All items must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, documentations, and registration that shipped with the item.
All serial numbers must match what is on the original packaging. If the item has been involved in any kind of crash, fall, or accident, even if it is a manufacturer defect, it will need to be returned to DJI directly.
Beyond this 10 day window, the end user will need to contact DJI [email protected]directly for any warranty issues.
